For the Professionals

If you’re here to find a comprehensive list of how to become a pediatric dentist or how to open your own practice, I’m sorry - you’re on the wrong website!

Here, I get real about the trials, tribulations, hardships and triumphs I’ve experienced along my journey from undergrad to dental school to residency, all the way to business ownership.

There are a LOT of things I don’t know. But the things I do? Here’s a *brief* list:

  • Getting into an Ivy League Dental school, even when most laughed at the possibility

  • Surviving dental school after failing your first exam

  • Getting into and graduating from one of the best pediatric dentistry residency programs in the country

  • Working as an associate but picking up tips and learning the clinical and business ropes along the way

  • Opening a practice from scratch (like, literal rocks on the ground inside the building and nothing else)

  • Growing a boutique pediatric dental practice, again even when most laughed at the idea and even through a pandemic

  • Becoming a board-certified pediatric dentist

  • Never giving up on your dreams

  • Teaching at a dental school

  • Running a business

  • Being a leader

  • Treating little humans and their grown ups right

I hope to inspire you through my mishaps and missteps to reach for your personal and professional goals. All you need to get started is a positive attitude!
